REFUND & CANCELLATION

1. Subscription Services (SaaS)

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription to any "Magics" module (e.g., Essential CRM, TaskMagics) at any time via your account dashboard.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Renewal Notification: We will send a notification email 7 days before your subscription is scheduled to auto-renew.
  • Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of an annual term. This is because server resources and licenses are provisioned upfront.
  • Exception: If you experience a "Critical Service Failure" (platform unavailability for >48 hours) caused solely by us, you may request a pro-rata refund for the downtime.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

2. Advisory & Consulting Services

  • Retainers: Monthly retainers for advisory/consulting are non-refundable once the month has commenced, as resources have strictly been allocated.
  • Project Milestones: If you cancel a fixed-cost project (e.g., M&A Advisory Setup), you will be refunded for any future milestones not yet started. Completed or in-progress milestones are non-refundable.

3. BMeX & Valuation Fees

  • Fees paid for "Valuation Reports" or "Due Diligence Readiness" are non-refundable once the report generation process has been triggered or the data analysis has begun.

4. Dispute Process

If you believe you have been charged in error:

  • 1.Contact billing@brandmagics.com within 30 days of the charge.
  • 2.Include your BMeX ID and transaction reference.
  • 3.For Indian clients: Refunds will be processed by BrandMagics Software Labs Pvt Ltd back to the source bank account to comply with RBI regulations.
  • 4.Timeline: We aim to resolve all billing disputes within 5 business days
